    RUSSIAN KIND OF PUNK

    VIDEO: Tonight in Sankt Petersburg, Russia, at a slightly anarchistic venue called the Art Centre, there were a few concerts to choose from: A Finnish hard rock band or a Russian punk band. TVflux chose the latter knowing that Finnish hard rock is more like punk anyway. The name of the Russian band is “НОТЭ” which is close to notae in English.
